\nspace as available for the posting of community or cultural information flyers,
\nbulletins, and other informational materials. Posting must be done on designated
\nLibrary community bulletin boards and are subject to approval by the Library
\nDirector.
\nTo be considered for posting, materials posted must be non-commercial, nonprofit
\nand non-partisan. Community organizations, events, fundraisers, calendars of
\nevents, and social events open to all residents or visitors are encouraged to submit
\nmaterial for posting.
\nAs a community service as well as a continuing community issue, the Library does
\nallow limited posting of lost pet and animal flyers as well as limited posting of
\ncommercial event-oriented occurrences as room allows. These are considered on a
\nfirst-come, first-served basis.
\nAs space permits, community business cards may be placed within the library
\nbusiness card display unit. Cards will be occasionally rotated.
\nReligious or spiritual organizations with a permanent local address are welcome to
\npost hours of service, contact information and events. Doctrinal material is not
\naccepted.
\nPolitical postings are not permitted.
\nReferendum or petition-gathering is not permitted on library property.
\nThe placement of other materials within the Library such as newsletters, magazines
\nbrochures, handouts and related free material is at the discretion of the Library
\nDirector.
\nPrecedence will be given to local information and community services.
