Library bylaws can be located <a href=\"https:\/\/sandbox.aclin.org\/test\/red-feather-mountain-library-district-bylaws\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Board terms are 3 years each and trustees can serve two consecutive terms.
