As the contractors button up the building and complete the facade, work inside presses ahead to keep our early 2026 return to the building on track. <\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s done (or nearly complete):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>New 3 phase transformer set and underground lines routed from street to pad and from pad to building.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>New parking lot storm drainage chambers installed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Parking lot demo&#8217;d and graded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Elevator pit and masonry tower.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Floor and roof decking<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Steel reinforcements throughout<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Wall layouts and framing\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>1st floor = new children&#8217;s room on 1st floor, meeting room bumped out, new circulation desk configuration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>2nd floor = two new restrooms, classroom, 3 study rooms, a staff room, a makerspace, a community service room, and a magnificant commons area.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Roof assembly installed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Electrical rough in 1st &amp;
